A few days ago Nokia has released Chat 2.5, an update of IM application for S60 5.0 devices, bringing some new features that promise.
Here areare the major changes in this update :
- new communities were added as MyspaceIM
- Improved support for avatars
- Ability to change your availability status from the homescreen
- Preview of new messages from your contacts list
- Homescreen widgets (only available on some phones)
- Quick and easy access to the conversation
